Wellnote Daily ("the App") is developed and operated by Wellnote Daily. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

Account data: your email address, used to sign in and sync your records across devices. Sign-in is handled by Phuze through an email sign-in link.
Your entries: the content you log, including body status, medication, meals, notes, and timestamps. This may include health-related information.

How We Use Your Data

To provide the App's core features, including logging, timeline display, reminders, and cross-device sync.
We do not sell or rent your data.
We do not use your data for advertising or tracking.

Storage and Sync

Your entries are stored on the App's server so your iPhone and the web version can stay in sync. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

Notifications

Reminder notifications are local device notifications. They are used to remind you to check in with yourself and do not collect or transmit personal data.

Third-Party Services

Wellnote Daily uses Phuze for email-based sign-in. Phuze may process your email address for authentication purposes.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting wellnotedaily@proton.me. You can also delete individual entries in the App at any time.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
